Tom and Mary Lou Shedd serve with Global Training Network, equipping pastors and church leaders around the world with strong biblical and theological training. After decades of ministry in the U.S.—including 17 years of pastoral leadership—Tom now trains leaders across Africa and beyond, helping them faithfully teach Scripture, lead their churches, and disciple their communities.
Through Global Training Network, they are addressing a critical need: many pastors in the Majority World have little to no formal training. By investing in these leaders, Tom and Mary Lou are helping strengthen churches from within—so the gospel is taught clearly and communities are transformed through faithful, local leadership.
